Then, he will come back to you and go over the Market analysis with you at your kitchen table, and collaborate on a mutually agreeable List Price for your Home.
When you are ready, John and his Team will come out and take professional quality photos, do a Video with exterior Drone footage, as well as an interior Video shot with the same High Quality 4K High Resolution Camera.
We will then expose your home to as many potential Buyers as possible in northern California, and beyond. Besides marketing in the local Tuolumne County and Calaveras County MLS’s, we also market in MLS’s covering nearby Mariposa and Amador Counties, as well as MetroList MLS and the Oakland/Alameda MLS with exposure to, and Listings in, all of the Counties shown in the Map below (put map here). Most local Realtors use the MLS in only the County that the Property is located in. In addition, your Home is displayed on Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com, as well as many other Retail Listing sites. We will expose your Home to Millions of possible Clients!
